Be Prepared to Love Your CRITICS

One of the things I was talking about recently was about the right mindset.

One of the things that you need the right mindset is in order to be prepared. To be prepared to be criticized. It happens. When you are doing something different, when you are trying to help others in a way where you have the very strong belief that based on your experience, based on your knowledge, based on whatever it may be, that this is the best way forward. You’re obviously doing something and you are leading the way, you’re a visionary in what you do. Now, I’ve seen this a lot, people are very quick to compliment you sometimes, but then even quicker to criticize you. If you do something that isn’t necessarily to their standards, they all of a sudden criticize you when, instead, they should be simply looking, accepting, acknowledging, and not judging what it is that you’re doing.

Look, if you believe in what you’re doing, you’ve got to be prepared to move forward and to continue to move forward. Sometimes, as I said, people will criticize you, but it’s the name of the game. When you are leading the way and when you’re doing that, and when you are trying to help people and you have the 100% belief that that is the way forward, you just have to follow your journey. Follow what it is that you believe that is the right thing to do. Don’t worry about people criticizing you because those that criticize you are not taking action. Those that are criticizing you don’t understand, or can’t even conceive what it is that you’re doing and can’t even acknowledge the fact that what you’re doing is coming from a place of love, is coming from a place of honesty. If you’re doing that, just stay focused and ignore the noise, ignore the chatter, and just simply carry on doing what you’re doing. Don’t worry about what other people say. Simply ignore it. #nonegativity. Thank you. Take care. Have a great day.
