I Do NOT Eat Breakfast – Here’s Why

When I run webinars and when I do some Facebook Live’s people ask me random questions because of my coaching and training program.

One of them was, what do I have for breakfast? Well, I don’t. I don’t have breakfast. I started this routine nearly two years ago now where I started intermittent fasting. What I do is I eat twice a day. I eat twice a day. I eat normally around, I don’t know, depending 12:00, 1:00 in the afternoon. Then my last meal is around 7:00, 7:30 PM. The latest. Then I don’t eat till the following day. All I have is coffee or anything, water just to not break my fast.

Let me tell you, I started doing this at the age of 53 or something. I have never felt better. I love food. I love food. I’ve always loved food. I love cooking, and I still love food. I loved eating three times a day and breakfast was my bliss. I really loved it. But what I’ve done is I maybe have a brunch instead of a lunch. But I, I intermittent fast. When I started reading into it and the advantages… I’ve done quite a few as well, quite a few days, I’m starting to play with it even more. I’m down doing 24 hours fasting now. Then at least once a week, maybe twice a week but at least once a week.

The advantage is obviously for your health, the advantages for your system and how obviously your body starts clearing, cleaning, purifying it.

Also, the fact is you just don’t need that many meals because you know, you don’t. You don’t need to eat as many calories as you think you do. I exercise every morning. I exercise every morning as well. So nutrition is an essential, extremely important part of your life. I’ve understood that as I got older with life. So that’s why I talk about the holistic approach.

The holistic approach starts with who you are, who you surround yourself with, but most important what do you eat? What do you eat? Also how many times do you eat and what is nutrition to you? Because a lot of people miss the point. What I found with fasting is the clarity that I have in the mind. Because obviously, you’ve got to understand that when you eat then obviously all your blood and everything starts concentrating around your stomach. Because obviously it’s got to digest the food that you’re having. Now, when you don’t then obviously your blood is circulating all around your body and obviously in your head as well.

So I feel so much better.

I think so much clearer now. So every morning when I wake up I tend to, depends but I normally would always exercise, then meditate, and then start work. The day just starts in a phenomenal way. I have a couple of coffees and then I eat, as I said around 1:00. It’s been one of the best things I’ve done in my life. So look, I highly recommend that you understand the importance of what you eat. Don’t eat any fried foods, don’t eat crap. If you’re going to eat it, which is fine and I do as well, then exercise, burning.

As I said the size of your hole, this hole is bigger than the other hole. So, you’ve got to make sure that you burn those calories. A lot of people think that they can eat anything and it’s just not going to have consequences. It will. If you don’t feel good and you don’t feel great, then you’re just simply not going to have the right mindset. So it’s really important to make sure that you eat well, make sure that you fast if you can. I would highly recommend that you bring that into, but I’m not a doctor. Please check and see what they advice. Thank you so much. Take care all the best.
